1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Raid Together mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Raid Together ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Raid Together is a mobile application designed to help Pokémon GO players coordinate and participate in raids together. Our services include:

• Raid Coordination: Create, join, and manage raid groups for Pokémon GO
• Social Features: Add friends, send friend requests, create groups, and chat with other trainers
• Real-time Notifications: Receive alerts about raids, friend requests, group invitations, and messages
• Location Services: Find nearby raids and trainers based on your location
• Profile Management: Customize your trainer profile with avatar, username, and preferences
• Group Management: Create private or public groups, invite members, and manage group raids
• In-App Purchases: Access premium features through optional purchases

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Raid Together. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

3.2 Account Creation

To use Raid Together, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address or Google account
• A unique username
• Authentication through Google Sign-In or email/password

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of your account information

4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Raid Together in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post offensive, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share false or misleading information about raids or locations
• Spam users with unwanted messages or friend requests
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4.2 Content Guidelines

When posting content, creating raids, or sending messages, you must not:

• Share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) publicly
• Post inappropriate, violent, or sexual content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Share malicious links or harmful software
• Promote illegal activities or substances

4.3 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent ban from the App
• Removal of content or raids
• Reporting to law enforcement (for serious violations)

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Raid Together, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• Design, graphics, and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, images, and other materials

are owned by Raid Together and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, raid descriptions, profile information). However, by posting content on Raid Together, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App.

5.3 Pokémon GO Disclaimer

Raid Together is an independent fan-made application and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or their affiliates. Pokémon GO is a trademark of Niantic, Inc. All Pokémon names, characters, and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK Inc.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6.1 Google Services

Our App uses the following Google services:

• Google Authentication: For secure sign-in
• Firebase: For data storage, authentication, and cloud functions
• Google Maps API: For location-based features
• Google Analytics: For usage analysis
• AdMob: For displaying advertisements

Use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.2 External Links

Raid Together may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external sites.

7. ADVERTISING AND IN-APP PURCHASES

7.1 Advertisements

The free version of Raid Together displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are provided by third parties
• We are not responsible for the content of ads
• Ad interactions are subject to the advertiser's terms

7.2 In-App Purchases

Raid Together offers optional in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are:

• Processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subject to the platform's payment terms and refund policies
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Tied to your account and non-transferable

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Raid Together, you consent to:

• Collection of data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Use of location services for raid features
• Receipt of notifications about app activities
• Processing of data through Google Firebase services

9. LOCATION SERVICES

Raid Together uses location data to provide raid coordination features. You can control location permissions through your device settings. Note that:

• Location accuracy depends on your device and settings
• We are not responsible for incorrect raid locations posted by users
• Disabling location services may limit app functionality
• Location data is processed according to our Privacy Policy

10. MODERATION AND REPORTING

10.1 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these Terms. However, we are not obligated to pre-screen all user content.

10.2 Reporting System

Users can report inappropriate behavior, content, or violations through the in-app reporting feature. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action.

10.3 User Blocking

You can block other users to prevent them from contacting you or viewing your activity.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Raid information posted by users is accurate or current
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raid Together and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from app use
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors or omissions in raid information
• Actions or content of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any) in the past 12 months.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raid Together, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your content or conduct
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. TERMINATION

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the App settings
• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Contacting us to request account deletion

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You engage in harmful behavior toward other users
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• Your account data will be deleted (subject to legal requirements)
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
• Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when:

• Posted in the App with an updated "Last updated" date
• Notified through the App or by email (for material changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santander, Spain.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raid Together regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements.

20. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
